**You are required to be a member in good standing to receive benefits of (1) Insurance - Accidental
Death Benefits (2) Eligibility for WVDSA license plates, (3) Any other services provided to members**
**All members, both active and retired, are required to pay state dues to be eligible for any of the
benefits or services provided by the WVDSA**
